| Councillor Alan Pendleton first joined Blacktown City Council as a Health and Building Surveyor in March 1964 and progressed to the position of Director of the Department. As Director of Health and Building he was responsible for waste planning and management, environmental planning and management, and was the Principal Building Surveyor for the approval of all building applications until he resigned in 1994. |

| David is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the GROW Sydney ACC (Area Consultative Committee). ACC’s are the Australian government’s national regional development network. In the last twelve months GROW Sydney ACC facilitated the development of projects that received over $10 million in Australian government funding and had a total value of over $27 million. |

Pam Smith

| Pam Smith is the CEO of Young Achievement Australia, a dynamic, innovative non government not for profit organisation committed to developing the boundless potential of young Australians through its business enterprise learning programs. These programs prepare today’s youth to meet the social and economic challenges of the future. Prior to joining YAA in 2004 Pam was CEO of Netball Australia when it was located in Harris Park, the largest women’s sport in Australia and arguably the most successful team sport in Australia. Pam has also been appointed by the NSW State Government to the Parramatta Stadium Trust. Pam has a long association with Western Sydney having lived and worked in the area over a number of years. |

| Professor Chung-Tong Wu is a member of the Urban Research Centre of the University of Western Sydney. He was the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Deputy President (Development and International) of the University of Western Sydney, Australia from 2002-2006. His portfolio included research, international development, regional engagement/development, commercialization and capital works. He was a member or chair of the board of a number of university-owned entities. At present he is a member of the board of the UWS Foundation. |

Staff of GWSEDB have relocated to the previous GROW Sydney ACC offices as a result of the combining of the two organisations as Regional Development Australia-Sydney Inc. (RDA Sydney)
